Terms of Service

You may use the App as a guest or by signing in with supported account methods. Certain features, purchases, and progress synchronization may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access
• Your account and access are for personal use only

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited license to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• The App may not be sold, rented, sublicensed, or redistributed
• You may not bypass technical restrictions, access limits, ad flows, or paywalls
• This license does not grant ownership of the App or its content

The App may only be used for lawful and personal purposes.

The following are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the App
• Accessing the App through bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Manipulating advertising, purchase, reward, or progression systems
• Actions that harm the security, integrity, or experience of the App or other users

The App may display banner, rewarded, or similar ad formats. Ads may be delivered by third-party advertising providers.

• Ad interactions must reflect genuine user activity
• Fraudulent or abusive ad behavior may lead to restrictions
• Third-party advertising providers may apply their own terms and policies

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or similar digital entitlements. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store.

• Purchases are generally non-refundable
• Subscriptions, if offered, are managed or cancelled through the relevant platform
• Digital entitlements have no cash value
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice

For the iOS app, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies: Apple Standard EULA.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, puzzle content, availability, pricing, or any part of the App with or without notice.

The App, puzzles, designs, visuals, text, trademarks, and related content are owned by the developer or its licensors.

• You may not copy, publish, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without written permission
• You may not create derivative works or reuse substantial portions of the content

You may delete your account at any time. Visit the Account Deletion Request page to learn how.

If you violate these Terms, abuse the service, engage in fraud, manipulate advertising or payment systems, or create security risks, your access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, error, or compatibility issues.

• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Data loss caused by device failure, updates, or user actions
• Issues arising from third-party platforms or services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or inability to use the App.

The App may work with Apple, Google, sign-in providers, advertising networks, and similar third-party services. Their availability and policies may be outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users under 13 should not use the App.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be communicated within the App, on the website, or through another appropriate channel. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
